Physical Therapist

After sustaining a Traumatic Brain Injury, neck pain and dizziness in an accident 7 years ago, I began to suffer from Post Traumatic Stress symptoms. After years in rehabilitation, and working with a Somatic Experience Trauma therapist, I sought out Tracy for Craniosacral Therapy.  What I discovered was that both Craniosacral Therapy and Trauma therapy complemented one another to help me slowly heal to achieve my ultimate goal of returning back to my work as a motion graphics designer.

Tracy is a natural healer and understands trauma unlike many other physical therapists I worked with in the past. After seeing Tracy for 3 months for my head and neck pain, vertigo, numbness, gait and balance problems, I made significant improvements in each of these areas. Tracy encouraged me to develop my awareness in my body, emotions and thoughts , and found her approach with therapeutic dialoging during the sessions insightful and beneficial that helped me in daily life to navigate my pain symptoms as they arose.

I felt that Tracy truly cared about my overall well being. She always says my body is doing the healing not her, but I believe Tracy facilitates the body to heal on its own. Without Tracy's work, my body wouldn't have the direction it needs to naturally heal. After each craniosacral therapy session with Tracy, I leave with a sense of hope and lightness because I feel I am getting better.

"I have worked with Tracy for over a year on a regular basis to address two significant knee injuries and sciatica pain.  She helped me tremendously with my rehabilitation and now have no knee problems.  In addition to the physical therapy, she did Craniosacral work which helped integrate various kinds of healing throughout the rest of my body.  Tracy is a very gifted therapist with a variety of skills to help her patients' recovery.  I recommend her whole-heartedly".
